Author Guidelines
Components of a Manuscript
Title page
The first page of the submitted manuscript should include the article title, authors’ names and affiliations, and the corresponding author’s e-mail address.
Abstract
The abstract should be concise and accurate, with a maximum length of 250 words. It should summarize all significant findings of the study.
Keywords
An article may include a maximum of 7 keywords, with at least 3 keywords required.
Main text
The text should be divided into some necessary sections, in which each is given a separate heading and numbered consecutively.
Equations and formulas
For mathematical symbols, Greek letters, and other special characters, use regular text or the Symbol font. The use of MathType is also recommended for manuscripts submitted in Word format.
Figures and tables
Figures and tables need to be submitted together with the main text manuscript. Ensure that each illustration has a caption. Supply captions separately, not attached to the figure. A caption should comprise a brief title (not on the figure itself) and a description of the illustration. Please submit tables as editable text and not as images. Tables can be placed either next to the relevant text in the article. Please avoid using vertical rules and shading in table cells.
Results and discussion
A combined Results and Discussion section is appropriate and recommended. This section should be clearly presented and should discuss the significance and implications of the results.
Conclusions
The main conclusions of the work must be presented in a short Conclusions section.
Acknowledgements
Topically relevant funding sources and conflicts of interest are fully disclosed in the acknowledgments section.
Nomenclature and units
Units of measurement should be presented simply and concisely using the International System of Units (SI).
References
The reference list should be arranged in the order in which the references first appear in the text. Each reference should include the author name(s), article or chapter title, journal or book title, year of publication, volume number or book chapter information, and page range.
